Oppo Dinner Continues!

Meal is tortilla bowls: spicy taco beef, caramelized onions and jalapeños, fresh carrots, lettuce and red peppers. Surrounding seasoned brown rice topped with hot salsa. I don’t have any cheddar or refried ATM but the caramelized jalapeños are god like, will make again, do recommend.

@jminer You ever get the chance to travel up the coast to "The Hat" after this Covid is defeated, I'd be happy to make a plate. Goes for PNW and Van oppos. I know CoFL, Tavish and CDD probably better at pairing a beer for it so they'd be invited too.

I guess it's basically a taco in a shape that's less prone to spilling all its contents. Man that looks good.

@gin-san It's a very good meat delivery system. I find them a tad small (hence 4) but they might be less rigid if bigger like a soft taco. IMO they're possibly the least messy of the Mexican hand holds. I find if there's a bit of excess wet like oil or salsa I always have it drip out the bottom of a wrap.

I'm aware of that... but what I mean is we can start having stickied threads.

Forum vs Blogposts I suppose.
