Ordered from rockauto. Not even sure it is worth my time to call customer service.

Probably not sadly. I've never had that happen from Rock Auto before. Weird.
If you're really good you can two thin washers out of that one lol...
@looseonexit All the parts your car will ever need, and some it won't need, RockAuto

Those are just common copper crush washers, should be able to pick up a pack from any autoparts store (or any well stocked hardware store even).

@mm54 You can buy 100pc packs of all shapes and sizes at any Harbor Freight I've been to as well.

@mybirdistheword Their customer sevis has not impressed. I trashed a $300 radiator because they would only replace it with the same one...which was known to be a faulty batch...if i pay shipping.

I can get half a handful of those for a dollar at my local tractor shop. So you are right... it's not worth calling customer service or even ordering them online.

@looseonexit Rock Auto is 0-5 on projects when friends order parts to replace using my shop to install. Usually one caliper has a different bolt pattern. Which puts the friend in panic mode to come up with parts to get to work in the morning. I will not order from Rock Auto because of that.

My Engrish must be off. I read "washers", plural.
