I must say that's a very good looking wagon, especially in that color. But, as always, there's a catch.
The base naturally aspirated 1.5L engine produces 98 horsepower, while a turbocharged 1.5L engine with 145 horsepower should equip the high-end versions. Both should be mated to six-speed manual or automatic transmissions.
Sorry, but 98 horses in that car doesn't sound like enough to have any sort of fun.
Also, my goodness that is a toxic comments section.

Has a Hyundai Santa Fe look to it.
Those squinty front lights are getting more common.

I thought it was an accord wagon.

@whoistheleader First off, lol at those angry old men in the comments. Probably leasing a Buick envision right now and have no idea.
But also, that thing is cheap as hell.
"the new RC-5 liftback and RC-5W wagon on the Chinese market. Local prices start from RMB59,800 (equal to around $8,600 at today’s rates)"
Nice interior for the price. https://www.carscoops.com/2020/08/gms-baojun-rc-5-and-rc-5w-launch-in-china-from-a-low-8600/

@milky Oh wow, that does not look like a sub 10k car interior at all! How is this thing that cheap? Now the engines make sense. Bet it's a lot lighter than it looks too by skipping non essential things like crash structure.
@whoistheleader I had to look at the comments and holy moly you weren't lying...
@milky Wait what? This thing is under 10k? I'd settle for 98hp if my car looked that good inside and out.

@taylor-martin Really makes you wonder when someone is going to come in and under cut the market here. Theres room and hell, GAC has been at the Detroit auto show for the last few years.
@milky I haven't even heard of GAC, but eventually, someone ought to come in and just clobber the market by selling cheap cars most regular people could actually afford.
@milky The rear shot has this callback to an mid 90s Oldsmobile look. I don't mind it.
@taylor-martin GAC's the company that brought us Trumpchi.
