No more Morgan V-Twin 3-Wheeler
-
I always found it to be one of those aspirational leisure vehicles that I could always hope to spec out and purchase one day. It transitioning to EV-only ...well...nope, not nearly as enticing.
-
I think I may cry. Frankly it's a miracle they ever got the new batch made at all, and it's a shame to see it die. I have zero interest in an electric version.
-
I've always wanted to try one of these. Guess they're not about to become any more abundant.
-
@flatisflat honestly, good. that V-twin was a slug. it was interesting, sure. but that we really about it.
-
Well, the good news is you can LS swap anything.
-
They aren't pulling a Zonda, and coming out with another 3 wheeler with a slightly different look (and name) in a bit, are they?
-
@baconsandwich My guess is no; just the EV 3-wheeler
-
@peter_black I'm OK with modifying a V-Twin (or replacing it with a Ducati L-Twin)
-
@flatisflat it was just some standard S&S 1800cc mill if I remember right.
too nose heavy, too much torque for that skinny rear, and just...bleh. also, WAY too much chrom in the way of bug for me to keep clean
-
@peter_black Indeed, loooooots of chrome
