Yeah that's the thing. If a shop 'middle grounds' it, they touched it last so if something they didn't address fails, they're IT. So, they would rather do everything 'since were there anyway'. Less comebacks.
Having seen a fair number of bearings in all kinds of states that may be the best-looking but completely non-functional one yet. Everything is in tact while being totally useless at its stated job. No way did that thing spin properly, likely for decades now.
@jawzx2 I couldn’t recall the qualifications to becoming a “Named Sheep” in the kingdom. Whether it was if a name fits it sits, or gotta be unique enough to earn a moniker. Seems it’s more a fitsNsits reasoning. Which is all good. I normally call my Rampage “the Trucklet”. But have always called my Eagle “the Eagle”. I call my cat many things. Depends on if she’s being cute or a hoodlum.
It's a good one too, as soon as the temp gauge is off the bottom tick it starts blowing warm and by the time it's at normal operating temp --which is pretty quick, Shubaura/NH have a well designed cooling loop in this application-- it'll heat that cab up like a sauna and you have to turn the temp down or risk roasting yourself to death.
