@atfsgeoff I mean, it's money I was going to spend on this anyways, so it's zero difference in spending, just an extended headache....

Now I'm waiting to hear back from FNMA if they'd be amenable to holding the value of the liability in escrow, if not, then increase purchase price by the cost of repair and have the seller pay for it. Annoying.
