Audio is the biggest problem with all of the conferencing solutions we've tried. Being a consultant, we maintain a plethora of options so we can still conference with clients who have network restrictions. Can't Zoom? Let's try Teams. Can't do that? Let's try WebEx. Still can't do it? Let's try Bridgit. Still no go? We'll send you the presentation/documents and just handle everything with a conference call. You can't use the conference number? Fine, we'll call you and conference you in.
I had a jackass at work call and IM me at 12:30am and 2:30am last night for an issue I could tell wasn't something I look after.
I purposely didn't reply or answer until this morning... by which time the problem "magically" solved itself.
The problem most likely "solved itself" likely because they were doing some routine server maintenance because it was the middle of the fucking night on a Saturday night when nobody should be on the system anyway.
