My truck has been at the body shop to replace the cab corners, rockers, and paint the doors since last July. The shop owner is a friend, and is just slammed. They do great work at a good price, so I've been waiting. They try to finish 25 cars a week, but they're getting 40 new ones, so it's tough.
That rear door will probably need to be replaced. Maybe not. It all depends on whether or not the side impact protection was damaged. We thought the front door on my WRX was fine until they started taking things apart. Then they discovered that the innards were bent. That makes for two new doors for me!
I fought with the insurance company about it being "driveable" or not. They wanted me to keep driving it around until a body shop could get it scheduled in (early estimates were for Late December, but my preferred shop was quoting me February). I contended that it wasn't safe in the event of a second impact. Eventually, they caved after I left it at the shop.
Good luck with yours. It doesn't look too bad, but you won't really know until they start taking things apart.
