$35 to fill up both bikes. The Husky & Busa had about a 1/16th and an 1/8th of a tank remaining, respectively. Assuming normal riding to and from work, to the gym, grocery store, a few other outings, this should last me about a month. I can cut that further by staying off the freeway on the busa (high-speeds drain the tank scary quickly) or by taking a work van home.

Riding these back-to-back makes me smile. They complement each other wonderfully simply by being so damn different. The Husky gets the nod on bad weather days simply because it's got the heated gear hookup (and the terrible OEM heated grips, bleh), the busa has become the grocery rig thanks to the hardcases, they're split fairly evenly for commuting, and when I go for "fun" rides... Well. Most of the time I do twenty minutes or so on each.
Deciding which one to bring on day trips is going to be tough moving forward. Doing a few days in the San Juan Islands next month, probably Airbnb, maybe camping—and I have no idea which direction to go. Likewise with the oppo meet. The enduro can follow along on the offroad section, but heading down to Astoria on the Busa sounds like too much fun to miss.
I'm similarly divided on tires. The enduro needs a rear tire pretty bad as the knobbies are pretty much gone. She has done very little offroading lately, for which I feel a bit bad about. The Busa has pretty old tires that I'd like to replace as well—probably for Michelin Road 6's.
Oh right, I also need to find a non-locking gas cap for the Suzuki. Hold on, adding that to the growing to-do list...
