@skyfire77 Ok, so they're on orbit, but there's a couple of issues that they're working on: three of the four heaters on one of the Draco thruster pods are malfunctioning, regs say only two can be out of commission, so that may be a problem if they can't work it out, and the thermal control system was spiking on takeoff, and the primary and secondary systems faulted, leaving the redundant system to carry the load. Mission Control rebooted the systems, but they're still working an issue with the cabin temperature.

I love Blade Runner. It seems that all dystopian movies and TV that followed irritatingly copy BR's take on urban scenes. Asian signs, 3D holographic building sized ads. I just started watching Altered Carbon and they do the exact same thing. They had a lot of money so it looked decent.

On the thread of copying things, I tried watching Dark Matter. They're copying everyone. They copied the Firefly cast without the wit and charm.

It's got a 1GB Radeon HD3850 in it, but older Radeon cards don't play well with Linux sometimes as AMD's Linux support for them was crap...I don't need gaming quality, it's strictly for watching TV and surfing the net on when I'm sitting on the couch in the living room! 🙂

@nomdeplume Working on it now. Couldn't figure out how to save a draft in order to work on it throughout the week, so here I am composing it at the last minute. Might publish a little later than the usual time. Still getting used to the post editor here, but it's better than DriveTribe, that's for sure.

I am super happy Mandalorian, Star Trek and His Dark Materials are back, I was an i09 visitor as well. I watched The Crown up to a point, I was more into the older period, I think the closer they get to now I lose interest. I do watch a ton of UK/NZ/Aussie stuff though. I really like Mystery Road, I saw the movies, I think they made the show branch off of that.

Well, it IS mundane. These were disposable (if expensive) cars and they don't have a great survival rate. Most of them got sold to cab companies and driven into the ground 20 years ago. Which makes the survivors kinda special, but frankly not all that special. The biggest Crown Vic message board has like 30 active members, and only 5 or 6 of them have the Box ('79-91) version.

But it's MY car, so yeah, I'm gonna care about it. Glad to see that others can care, too.

@fttohg At this point, I might feel the same way about your hills. I'm told that will change as my legs get stronger climbing hills and passes around here, but right nowI have a healthy respect for them.
